Counselling for First Responders

I provide space to explore safe(r) and kinder ways to deal with your feelings.

Areas that I assist with most frequently are:

  • grief relating to losing someone to suicide
  • low mood
  • anxiety taking hold
  • anger showing up
  • struggling to speak up
  • overwhelm
  • negative or critical self talk

Appointments are by phone or video.

I am a member in good standing with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. Fees for service are generally in line with rates for counsellors in BC.

I invite you to speak with me if my fees present a challenge.

First responders may have funding available through First Responder Health.
I am listed as one of the clinicians in the directory.

Alternatively, If you have extended health insurance, my services may be covered. Please check with your provider to confirm coverage of services by a Registered Clinical Counsellor.
