I am a caring professional with over 20 years of experience working in diverse community settings and in private practice. My therapeutic, supervision and consulting approaches are those of warmth, collaboration, relationship building and lack of judgment.

I believe once trust and safety is in place, we are able to slow down and notice parts of ourselves that matter, have been forgotten, unseen and unspoken, and where strength can be accessed. Clients say that my work with them brings back hope, fresh insights, relief and opportunity for change and transformation.

I worked as a counsellor for Vancouver Coastal Health in suicide prevention and crisis intervention for many years, and since 2011 have provided support for mental health professionals, first responders, non-profit community organizations and individuals.
